How do I know if I need a roof repair or a full replacement?
If one area leaks or a few tiles are cracked, a roof repair is often enough. If leaks keep coming back, the roof is very old, or large sections are worn, a roof replacement may save money over time. We tell you which option fits after a careful inspection.
Do you work on metal roofs and tile roofs in Brisbane?
Yes. We work on Colorbond style metal roofs and on tile roofs across Brisbane. We match the fix to your roof type and to Queensland weather.
What is tile pointing and bedding?
The ridge caps on a tile roof sit on a bed of mortar sealed with pointing. Over time the pointing cracks and ridge caps can loosen and let water in. Repointing, and rebedding where needed, secures the caps and seals the gaps.
Can you fix gutters as well as the roof?
Yes. Our gutter repairs cover sagging runs, rusted sections and downpipes that do not drain, plus leaf guard options. Good gutters protect walls and gardens.

What should I do after storm damage to my roof?
Stay safe and do not climb on a wet or damaged roof. Take photos from the ground if you can, then contact us. We can tarp and make the roof weather tight, then plan lasting repairs.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
We take damage photos you can give to your insurer. Check your insurer's process before major repairs start.
Do you offer roof inspections before I buy a house?
Yes. A pre purchase roof inspection helps you see soft spots, old flashings and gutter issues early. You get plain English notes, photos of problem spots and a priority list.
